All messages express the views of the author, and neither the owners of <|Tactical Gaming Community|>, nor vBulletin Solutions, Inc. (developers of vBulletin) will be held responsible for the content of any message.

By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws.

Terms of Service

When you use and/or register on our website/forums you automaticly agree to the below.

1-) I will not copy any information without the permission of <|TGC|> and the permission
of the Owner (Remo) or the Webmaster (Sniper). I will never copy anything
(including wording) from this website and forums. See explanatory note (*).

2-) Everything I produce on this website and forums including my IP address, is the interlectual
(web based) property of <|TGC|>. <|TGC|> may do as they wish with this information without my
consent. See explanatory note (**).

3-) I have the right to ask for my account and anything I produce on this website and forums
to be deleted at any time, although <|TGC|> is not under any obligation to honour my request.

any of the content without obtaining our permission will result in us seeking action again
you. If you use content from this website, and we have given permission, you must give

and blogs are the property of <|TGC|> and not the user that posted it. This also covers your
IP address and we may do whatever we wish with any of the above (inclduing viewing), and without
your consent. Objections to this may result in your account suspended and banned. Everything on
our website including your information is <|TGC|>'s interlectual property and is covered by

any time. The decision to follow this up is at the sole discretion of the dealing admin, and we

Terms of Conduct

1-) <|TGC|Members> respect each other regardless of their origin, nationality, age,
gender, race, religious belief.

2-) <|TGC|Members> respect non <|TGC|> players in the same way as <|TGC|Members>.

3-) <|TGC|Members> show dignity, honor and integrity outside of <|TGC|>. Any insult
towards the member, another <|TGC|Members>, <|TGC|> installation or <|TGC|> as a
whole are to be ignored and left un-commented. <|TGC|> does not need to defend itself.

4-) No <|TGC|Members> will swear or curse extensively. Or at any time when preforming
administrative duties.

5-) No <|TGC|Members> will issue religious or political statements or respond on one of them.

6-) Good Sportsmanship type behavior is mandatory at all times and in all situations. No rage quiting.

7-) Members are representatives of <|TGC|> and are perceived as <|TGC|> by other persons and
organizations. A member's public conduct, good or bad, will be reflected on the organization
as a whole. So remember this before using the excuse " I was just joking or kidding around " .

8-) No <|TGC|Members> will cheat*, or associate with cheaters.

* Cheat: any alteration of the official game code and associated files or any use of a program
that is meant to alter the behavior of the game in a way that either gives an advantage to players
using it or gives a disadvantage to players not using it. example: wall-hacks, Radar, Aimbots ect...
Unsure? dont use it. No advantage tweaking. This means no foliage hacks, texture editing etc...

9-) Any and all language of an offensive nature will not be tolerated, whether on voice or text
communications (In game,Voip,chat, forums, email etc.). The more people in your TS channel the less
you are to swear.

10-) Any and all arguments started on the forums will be deleted with a msg to take it to TS or PM's.
The <|TGC|> forum is not an arena for conflicts. Deal with conflicts privately.TS 1 on 1 is best as
words said in anger are forgotten more quickly when said in private. PM's and posts have longevity
especially so, in front of an audience. Settle your problems verbally and privately. Or agree to
disagree and avoid each other. Repeated posts will result in banning.

11-) <|TGC|Members> who have any problem that cannot be resolved, conflicts, harassment ect...
are to contact an administrative council member, who will submit the complaint to the rest of
the council for review.

12-) <|TGC|Members> will not remove other <|TGC|members> bans, without the banners permission.
Exeptions are that Game Leaders may remove other members bans if a proper discussion has taken
place, and a 'sound' agreement has been formed. The Administration Team reserves the right to
remove ANY ban without the permission of the banner at any time.

13-) If there are ANY English Speaking players in your Teamspeak channel, you MUST speak English.
If you wish to speak your own language, you must change channel. English is <|TGC|>'s Official
Language.

14-) English is to spoken/written at all times on the forums. This is not against anyones langauge
though <|TGC|>'s official language is English, and it makes it difficult when people post in other
langauges. Posts with translations are allowed. Any posts without will be moderated and a message left.

Copyright infringement is a violation of the rights of a copyright holder, when material protected by copyright is used without consent. We will not tolerate viewers that break this.

Plagiarism is concerned with the unearned increment to the plagiarizing author's reputation that is achieved through false claims of authorship. If we do give permission to use the content on our website, you must acknowledge where you got the information from as a 'Source'. If this is not done, we will seek legal action which may cause embarresment.
